How much does a new roof cost?

We do a personalized quotation for every customer. No 2 jobs are the same. We evaluate the condition of your existing roof. Height, complex roof structures, layers of old shingles and rotten wood and other factors can all affect the price. we don’t want there to be any surprises once the job is started, so we never give a one size fits all price up front.

What shingles do you recommend for the Nova Scotia climate?

Because of our snowy winters, hot summers and annual hurricane season, we recommend shingles such as IKO Dynasty. They have unique features which ensure good adhesion, excellent wind resistance and the highest possible fire rating possible for a roofing material. We also use a system of underlayments and accessories which ensure the best possible installation.

Can my roof be repaired?

We will do a full evaluation of your roof. If the roof is generally in good condition and there is damage to one area, a repair may be all you need. It can however, be a false economy to do multiple repairs on an aging roof that is at the end of its life. We will always discuss your options with you and come up with a solution that is right for you.
